No - we accept non-account customers and deliveries from the general public. As a non-account customer you will be required to pay as you go for each delivery to site.
Please email us or send an inquiry through the contact page. We will then send you an application form with our terms & conditions. Once complete please email it back to us for review and approval. Until we have approved your application we will still require you to pay as you go for each load.
For pay as you go customers we accept all major cards. We do not handle cash on site.
Yes we accept deliveries from cars with trailers. A flat rate is charged for trailers.
We accept waste fill (also referred to as clean fill), intermediate waste soil, and limited forms of construction and demolition waste (concrete, masonry, bricks, tiles). We cannot accept any form of contaminated waste soil (low level and above)) or organic/green waste.
Our site staff inspect each load that is deposited to ensure it complies with our site requirements. If your load is found to be contaminated with prohibited materials you will be helped to reload it and required to remove it from site. Even small amounts of organic waste in loads of soil are unable to be accepted into the site due to compaction issues.
We ask that you email your soil classification report through at least 2 clear business days before your first delivery for our review. Your deliveries will not require an EPA Consignment Authority (CA) or a Transport Certificate. This is because the IWS is being used onsite and is therefore precluded as an EPA licenced activity.
We are fortunate to be able to receive waste soil in most weather conditions as we have conveniently located pads when our haul roads are too wet. We are unable to receive concrete waste in extremely wet conditions. If you are unsure please contact our site before arrival to confirm access.
All trucks are required to carry a UHF radio when entering our site. While it is preferred you have your own, our weighbridge office provides a loan handheld radio when you visit to enable you to still use our site. Please request one when you arrive and leave it with our staff when you depart. Our site operates on UHF channel 39.
It depends on the source and quantity of your load. As a general rule of thumb, any quantity of waste soil from a commercial or industrial site, or a site that has a history of Potentially Contaminating Activity (PCA) will require a soil classification report. If you are unsure please call our site to discuss your deliveries and requirements.
Soil classification reports are produced to determine the physical and chemical composition of soils, an essential part in determining how the waste soil needs to be disposed of. This enables builders and contractors to determine what the reuse or disposal requirements are for the soil, which in turn determines where the soil can be disposed of, and at what cost. Our site is only licenced to receive Waste Fill and Intermediate Waste Soil.
Currently are only licenced to receive fill and C&D waste (concrete etc) to site. We are unable to sell any materials to you for use offsite. We hope to shortly be able to supply crushed rubble to customers. Watch our site for updates.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to assist you with transport of materials.
